Tony uploaded a few photos from our ‘triathlon’ day in May, where we did kayaking (at Cardiff), cycling (at Cwmcarn), and caving (Ogof Clogwyn near Gilwern). The photos only show people pushing their bikes up the steep bit at Cwmcarn!
